The bottle shield is decorated with a dramatic winged beast, adorned with horns and a whiplash tail, framed in a circle of interlocking Celtic-style hearts. The dragon is the only imaginary creature in the Chinese zodiac, fifth in the twelve-year cycle of animals and represents power, nobility, honour, luck, and success.
