Shipping Information

Maison Sonraj is delivering free all over Pakistan. All domestic orders, once processed, will be delivered within 6–8 working days. The processing time of the order is not included in the mentioned timeframe and may vary accordingly.

We use a trackable delivery service; in most cases, a signature will be required upon delivery. When you receive your shipping email, know that your order is on its way! We won't deliver to your next-door neighbour or to any other address other than what was mentioned while placing the order. If at the time of delivery you are not at home, we won't leave it at your door either. To keep your order safe, we'll deliver to your delivery address only.

Return & Exchange

Goods once sold will not be exchanged or returned (only the brand warranty applies).

Delivery Delays

We always endeavour to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances, such as adverse weather or severe road network issues, you may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.
