Eligibility for Returns

If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. For example, if your item is delivered on December 1st, the request must be made by December 8th. Please note that returns are not accepted for items simply marked as “no longer needed.”

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, all items must be in original condition—unused, unworn, and with all original packaging, seals, and tags intact. All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included. Each returned item undergoes a quality inspection. Items returned in less-than-perfect condition may be refused or refunded partially.
